Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information:

- First name and last name
AM100 Device & Acoustic Data
When You connect an AM100 device to the Service, We process data necessary to provide acoustic monitoring features:
- Acoustic Metadata: Environmental noise levels (Leq, Lmax, Lmin), frequency spectrum data, and statistical levels.
- Audio Data: Depending on Your device settings, audio recordings or streams captured by the AM100 for analysis or verification.
- Device Identifiers: Device ID and RC key used for secure registration.
- File Data: Filenames and folder structures accessed via the File Transfer feature.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device unique identifiers, and diagnostic data.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process Personal Data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a Contract: To facilitate the connection between the App and Your AM100 hardware, and to handle file transfers.
- Legitimate Interests: To ensure server security, troubleshoot connections, and manage internal technical logs.
- Compliance with Legal Obligations: To fulfill tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
4. Data Storage and Infrastructure
Your data stays in the Netherlands.
All Personal Data and acoustic data are hosted on secure servers provided by TransIP B.V., located in the Netherlands. We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), ensuring Your monitoring activities remain private.
5. Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:
- Account Information: Duration of the account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
- Acoustic & Audio Data: Retained according to Your selected Cloud storage plan or until You delete the files from the Service.
- Server Logs: Up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.

Under the GDPR and applicable privacy laws, You have the following rights:
- The Right to Access: Request a copy of the data We hold about You.
- The Right to Rectification: Request that We correct any inaccurate information.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under this age. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
